Can't connect to MyHS

Homeseer stopped listening to Alexa. I disabled the skill in Alexa but now can't enable the skill because it can't connect to my MyHS account. I also cannot connect with Homeseer Mobile. The web page myhs.homeseer.com is not responding.
Is MyHS down?
