Sorry bring up an old post but...
The background
HS3 at home .
HS4 at work
Bought Premium to access both systems via HSmobile
The question
Have I done something wrong....again??
I can access both sites via HSmobile
the HS3 site works a treat can see all devices etc
the HS4 site is accessible BUT i cannot see any devices/events/etc All I can see in the device page is
"We didn't find any devices...add some to HC3 and then refresh this list"
Yes I do have have devices/events etc on HS4...so nothing to add
Do I need to upgrade HS3 to HS4 or do I need to downgrade HS4 to HS3 in order for this feature to work...
Have I missed something obvious
