Control a virtual switch in different rooms using the same phrase?

    Just an update on how things are going.....so it seems to work such that the VS does trigger but it very, very rarely responds with the response that we have in the node. Most of the time Alexa just sends a tone response. Sometimes she says she doesn't know that one. So it is really difficult to determine if it has worked or not. I check my HSBuddy to see if it worked and most times it has but it would be nice if it worked correctly.

      You could add some debug nodes to each node in the chain and see where the flow stops as well as inspect the messages passed. You may find the Alexa device name is not matching or some other item.

        This is from the debug log. It seems to flow all the way because it shows the message in the log as if it spoke. It is just that Alexa doesn't speak.

          Is that from the initial Alexa node which receives the request? You would want to have some at the end like the 5 shown here and see if they all get a message.
