Error While Getting Status

I have some workflow in Node Red but the HS input tells me error while getting status. I tried both configuring HS in node red with and without username and password (I shouldn't need a username as both are on the same computer and HS is configured not requiring a username under that situation).

As web hook I am using http://127.0.0.1:1880/homeseer/webhook

The HS module in Node Red is v1.0.6 which seems the most current one.

Why can it not connect?

I just realized that for those items with the error the devices somehow got deleted so of course node red couldn't get the status.
