webhook warning

I had a flow work find nothing wrong. My question is why I keep getting the warning message every 10 minutes. I post the below. Can your help me out will be great, Thanks.

Are you running NR on the same system as HS4? Have you made any changes to the NR system or to HS4? Did you allow local login from the same subnet? If not, do you have the correct credentials in the HS Configuration Node?

Can you post a screenshot of your HS Configuration Node?
