Trigger when a device values has NOT be updated in 5 the last minutes

is there a way to create the subject trigger?

I poll a device every 2 minutes, for its status (the value is fairly constant). I would like to know if the 'last updated' hasn't been changed within the last 5 minutes

is this possible, if so how?

I use EasyTrigger to detect if a device hasnt been updated in 'xx' minutes.

A script would work, but no, nothing native in HS3 to check the last update time of a device
