Doorbell with video feed for handicapped person

Hi guys, I am looking for a doorbell video feed device that can be seen on a cell phone for a handicap person that doesn't have HS. Can anyone pitch in with ideas for what product to recommend?

You also have DoorBird, bit uglier than the ring but fairly solid devices (German made so of course) - although I balked initially at the price it's been stable and useful.
