FYI Echo / Cortana integration

Microsoft and Amazon just announced that they are going to let the echo and Cortana work togeather and be accessible from each device, i.e. you can access Cortana from a Amazon Echo or you can access the Echo from Cortana on a computer.

This would finally make Cortana usable . I don't even think I have it enabled on any of my 10 machines.

This must be their answer to not wanting to build hardware, but still make their service viable.

Yes...this is the newer version: https://github.com/tartanguru/alexa-assistant

It will take you 20 - 30 minutes to set it up, but once you do you are golden.

I just finished it. All the pages and tutorials look different but you can easily figure it out. Works well. Thanks!
