Anyone use iPhone 6+ and T-Mobile?

I am seeing a strange problem connecting HSTouch client but only with the following combinations:

    I am not using MyHS
    T-Mobile
    iPhone 6+ or 6S+
    IOS 10.3.1 or 10.3.2

HSTouch works fine if I connect through wifi remotely (not LAN), but if I use T-Mobile cellular network HSTouch can't connect.

A few more tests I did:

    - above hardware and IOS combo on AT&T works fine
    - older IOS works fine (iPhone 6+ with IOS 10.2 works)
    - older hardware works fine (iPhone 5 with IOS 10.3.1 works)

It seems the problem only shows up when using T-Mobile cellular network, iPhone 6+/6S+, IOS 10.3.1/10.3.2.

When HSTouch can't connect through T-Mobile, that hardware/IOS combo can't connect my VPN server either.

TMO as of last fall stopped allocating IPv4 addresses when connected via cellular. So, if you're using IPv4 destination address then it won't work. This may be a factor, but I could be wrong.
HomeSeer 2, HomeSeer 3, Allonis myServer, Amazon Alexa Dots, ELK M1G, ISY 994i, HomeKit, BlueIris, and 6 "4k" Cameras using NVR, and integration between all of these systems. Home Automation since 1980.

I changed DNS setting on router from Open DNS to google (it didn't make any difference), then back to Open DNS. This shouldn't have made any difference, but it works now. Don't know what happened.
