    Sensitive strips issue

Anyone using these and managed to get the battery level to report correctly as mine just say 0%. Also the home security child device reports "tampering invalid code" if you manually wake up the device after being included as it believes it is being tampered with but never returns to normal after, any ideas?

EDIT: I meant to ask if anyone has a list of the parameters I can configure

I have one, working for about 2 years. Battery level is reporting without any issues (down to 75% after 2 years), I never touched or changed any configuration. How long since you had yours installed ? They do not report very often to conserve battery, so you might want to wait a couple of days to see if it starts updating. I cannot remember how long mine took before it started updating the battery. The invalid tamper code I have too, since install. I never bothered to try and fix this, not even sure there are any configurations you could change to fix this. I have this with a lot of sensors, so I tend not to use it and just ignore it. Not sure if that is working at all with any zwave sensor...

Ah yeah, only been included for a day. It's been a while (6 months) as I completely rebuilt my network from scratch so need to give it more time to update battery status.

Thanks for that. The tampering can be reset by deleting the child node then rescan but everytime you manually wake it after, it reverts back. I'll just ignore my ocd with that.

Have you tried using other stronger magnets to activate the sensor? The gaps between my window/door frames is about 15mm and I've had to space the sensor using double-sided tape to bridge the gap. Probelm is its pretty heavy duty stuff and whilst getting it spot on I've had to pull it off a few times damaging one of the sensors. It did work before i rebuilt the network but now its dead i think, wont wake up

Mine is in a standard door, so need for any extension, so never tried with stronger magnets. I just had a look at my battery child device, I am polling this every 24 hours (minus a few seconds). Not sure this is need to update, but you might want to give that a try

I removed mine as two out of three never reported battery for a year.

Strangely the one that threw up the tampering invalid code has reported battery at 100%, the others have not changed from 0%. Doesn't really bother me that much, just have to check they're working every couple of months.
