I was messing with my camera and the new app, and I added a new camera in the HS setup Camera tab, but when I did, it added a third camera. I deleted my test one and it went away, but i can't delete the other one!!! How can I remove this? The name is even weird. The worst part is it now shows in the mobile app and I can't get rid of it.

After a great deal of troubleshooting with HS support I received the following instructions. I'll attempt it this evening and report back on results. I followed up by asking if whether I should expect the issue to be ongoing, and the response was that mine was the only report of the issue and to check the file for write protection as that is the likely culprit. They were unable to reproduce the problem. BTW, HS support has been exceptionally responsive in dealing with this.
Hello,
I have gotten in touch with an engineer about how to delete these cameras. From the Windows system HS3 is installed on, you will need to navigate to the HomeSeer HS3 directory, then the Config folder. On my system, this is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Config. Within the Config folder you will find a file called hspi_HSTouch.ini. If you shut down the HS3 software then open this file with Notepad, you will see entries for the cameras that have been manually added. Simply delete the entries for these cameras and start the HS3 software again, and you should be all set!-Wade
