    Controlling Water Value Actuator 24v

This is for my pool, i am going to put a water valve actuator that runs on 24v. It has 3 wires Red (on1), White (on2), Black (common)

I want to be able for homeseer to control it. What is the best method (Z-Wave)?

You need a single pole double throw relay. We use Insteon EZIO8SA with 8 standard ice cube relays controlled with Marks Insteon plug in. It has been fairly reliable for years. Only issue is when Insteon looses communication due to hub updates. All of our switches are Insteon so we tried to stick to one standard.

Did some research, I am going to attempt to do this buy purchasing a 120v to 24v AC transformer, 24v SPDT relay (120v coil) and 1 Z Wave light switch. The Z Wave light switch should give me the control I need, if the switch it off the valve actuator will position itself one way and when the switch is on the valve actuator will position it the other.
