Has anyone used the Johnson Control CSD-SF0C0-1 current sensing relay ?

I have a solar hot water system with backup electric heater element. Sadly mine is setup with no manual over-ride, its all automagic. This means I have no idea when and IF the element ever comes on !! We've never run out of hot water nor have I had an excessive power bill...Anyway its time to find out whats going on. I've just purchased one of these units to detect current so I can start to see if the heater element ever comes on :-)
Looks simple enough, lots of chinese alternative on Aliexpress but this one looks pretty robust and Johnson has a good name..(I think so anyway)....
Any feedback ?
