HOW do you Import the Config file on a new Install?

Need some help here, I Exported the Config file for HS3Pro... I updated my system to Server2016. I just installed HS3Pro on it. It asks for a lic. and password, I enter them... I then get to the device page, but clicking Tools does nothing!

How do I import the config file if I can't access: Tools> Setup> Restore Config?

Scratch the above question... It was opening in Edge... I installed Chrome and opened it and boom, it's back to normal looking.
