Camera "Function not Available" in HSBuddy

I have a Foscam camera and a Amcrest camera on my network. In the HS3Touch app (IOS), the Foscam shows up, but in the HSBuddy app, when I try to enable "Show cameras:", I get the error "Function not available", "Failed to retrieve cameras from server".

I know it is there, because it works in the HS3Touch app. Any ideas as to why it wouldn't show up in the HSBuddy app?

Same issue - Amcrest camera auto-discovered and functional in HS3Touch, "Function not available" in HSBuddy.
