Can't open com port

Windows 10 update last night. Now I can't open com ports. I open all my comports when HS starts. Now I get "In OpenComPort, error opening port: Unable to obtain a handle to the COM port" in the log when HS starts. Com port devices appear to have update also. Any idea how to fix this.

There was a post on here a few days ago about a Windows 10 update changing com port numbers. I think the poster had to go into device manager and change the com port numbers back to the ones he originally used.
