Honeywell TH8320ZW scheduling issue please help

I have a Honeywell TH8320ZW thermostat installed. It functions fine as a device, meaning i can change the set points and control all function on HS3. i just can't however get it to change the temperature set point when running an event to schedule.

    Here is my event...

IF The time is at 7:00:00 AM
    Then
Set Device Node 20 Z-Wave Heating Setpoint to 65 F
    Then
Set Device Node 20 Z-Wave Fan Mode to Circulation

Here is the log showing that the event triggered - note that the fan mode changed but not the heating set point
Feb-26 7:01:58 AM Z-Wave Device: Node 20 Z-Wave Fan State Set to Fan State 0
Feb-26 7:00:00 AM Z-Wave Device: Node 20 Z-Wave Fan State Set to Fan State 1
    Feb-26 7:00:00 AM Z-Wave Device: Node 20 Z-Wave Fan Mode Set to 6
Feb-26 7:00:00 AM Device Control Device: Node 20 Z-Wave Fan Mode to Circulation (6)
Feb-26 7:00:00 AM Event Event Trigger "Thermostat PLAYROOM HEAT HOME"

Is it taking almost two minutes to change that setting? If so something is wrong with the Z-Wave communications. Do you have a lot of Z-Wave devices? You may also want to update your Z-Wave plugin to the latest release and test again.

I have two of those thermostats and I have no trouble changing the setpoints. Are you running it with the builtin schedule by chance? You can't do that and have HS control of setpoints. I've never used the builtin scheduling.

the event triggers. the fan child device responds to the event but not the heat set point child device

Mine match what you have shown for the device advance tab, other than I have 15 minute polling set for the set points. This is what I have under the Z-wave node information for one of them.

JOEGR are you in heating mode or AUTO mode?
I was able to get the setpoint to change through the event if i first gave it a "set mode to heat" command just before the heating setpoint command

Sorry, I didn't think about that. I am always in heating or cooling mode, never auto. (I have events that use outside temperature as well as inside temperature and last run time to decide to switch between heat and cool.) Note that you can set both the heating and the cooling set-points in either heat or cool mode.
