    Successful DIY Floodlight Cameras

    Wanted to share my Floodlight Camera installs;

    Base is from HomeDepot 016963571860 Security Lamp
    Floods are HomeDepot 815710020107 28w 2200 lumens
    Motion Sensor is HS-FLS100+
    Cameras are NexTrend from Amazon - ASIN B07M6N4H9S

    The motion sensors change the blue Iris profile (by way of Blue-Iris plugin) to a profile that sends an email (directly from Blue-iris to Pushover mail.com)
    Blue Iris is set to attach a snapshot with the email, pushover delivers the snapshot as a text message with very little delay.

    This is pretty slick .Can yo share more details on the project? What was the total price? Did you use PoE for the cameras or do they share the same power supply as the floodlighs and sensor?

          Price, don't remember, custom is never cheap. All cameras are POE.

          Well, the homeseer motion detectors were problematic, The sensors still triggers the lights, but not the recording of motion. For motion I added two beam sensors across the coverage area that serve as BlueIris motion triggers. No more false triggers
