So I ordered two of these to try out. As it turns out they are Smart Life compatible and works with Amazon and Google. They work pretty well so far.
I see there is a few plug-ins that may work with these, any using a smart life plug-in that they like?-Skybolt -
Do these require constant cloud connectivity in order to control? Looking for a cheaper bulb like this that can be controlled locally without requiring a constant internet connection. How is the brightness and color?Comment

Not from what I can see. They connect to your local WiFi. I think cloud service is required to setup but that is it. I didn't create any accounts either.-SkyboltComment
