Setting up the Homeseer S6 Pro using a KVM to utilize the home Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor. home monitor and computer have DVI-D, Homeseer does not support DVI. So bought KVM 2-port USB DVI-D KVM Switch IOGEAR model GCS922U. see file for set-up Bob Home Office KVM set up r1.pdf The DVI-D cable directly from the monitor to the home seer works with the DVI to HDMI adapter but does not work when the dvi to hdmi adapter is used going thru the KVM see file for reference. is there something that can be done software wise or is it a issue with the KVM ? Thoughts?

Thinking you are seeing a hardware issue either with the KVM or DVI port. Here have used a DVI to HDMI cable for my KODI boxes and a DVI to VGA converter for my old 16 port KVM. Both have worked just fine. Try giving more memory to the video GPU in the Bios of the S6 Pro. Software wise it could be something you can do with the video settings on the OS. Many times if there is an integrated Intel video GPU then there is an icon for the Intel adjustments. Maybe make the video resolution on the S6 identical to the resolution on your desktop computer.- Pete
