Interesting. I don’t know them, but the functionality seems solid. I have looked at similar services, using WiFi only, for our retail stores. All of the commercial services (this one included) seems over-kill for HA use. From the research I have done, none of the services are enabled without internet access to their engine in the cloud, which means they can (and do) charge prohibitive monthly fees.

If there was a way to access the device directly from a HA server, this kind of hardware would solve so many presence / occupancy hurdles in HA!
