    Eco-Net z-wave valve closer.

My Econet valve shutoff died not for an electrical problem but a mechanical failure of the housing. The screwed the motor directly into plastic mounts and ultimately the mounts failed. They used metal gears but no reinforcement of the mounts. I would have paid a few bucks more for the reinforcement of the case. It was properly adjusted on the valve handle. Just sharing so others can monitor if they own one.

Which model valve? The older square/smaller control or the larger rectangular 'Bulldog' model?
