How powerful should be HS3 computer (Windows 10)

My HS3 host machine is hitting 100% CPU. It runs Windows 10 and is only few years old. It doesn't run anything but HS3 and few pug-ins.
Peak CPU usage reaches 100% quite often and it is split like this

HS3 - 66%
MyQ (garage doors) plug-in - 26%
Big5 (communication) plug-in - 0.3%
Other plug-ins - insignificant
System - remaining to 100%

I consider my HS3 installation fairly large with about 500 devices and 500 events roughly, but I have seen other users here with similar size setup. Is something wrong with my HS3 installation or do I need to put HS3 on a more potent computer. Attached are the hardware specs of my HS3 computer.

I'd start by disabling the MyQ plug-in. Its 26% CPU usage doesn't seem reasonable and it would be interesting if it is what is driving the HS CPU load so high.
I have a 7th gen i3 processor with 8 GB and am seeing about 20% total CPU usage for HS and all my plug-ins.

Have you tried using Pi 4? HomeSeer would run just fine on the Pi, the problems come down to plugins. Some write better than others, and some use Windows libraries and can't run in Linux. So really it depends on how much flexibility you need.

I would bet it is probably an issue with a plugin. I have a 8yo laptop with a Gen 5 I5 and 4GB of memory, running HS3 with 817 devices and 197 events and 20 plug-ins, and it is our iTunes machine. Nothing Crazy. It runs at about 25% and about half of that is Z-Wave. Generally works without issue.... Have you tried disabling all your plug-ins and then adding them back one at a time to see how they affect HS3? If so, did your results show anything out of the ordinary? If not, give it a shot. It doesn't take much time.

I don't run MyQ so I cannot say how it would affect my cheapo machine.
