On my Yale deadbolt, event 6 (keypad unlock) works and is reporting user name. I don't know a lot about the specific string of Z-wave communication, but it looks like it sends the Event and then the user code as the "Alarm Level". This is picked up in HomeSeer.
Can the same be done with Event 1 (manual lock)? There are three different "Alarm Levels" for manual lock. I am wondering if there is an alarm level sent along with the event, but it just isn't picked up in HomeSeer, or maybe it is but I don't know how to obtain it. I would like to trigger events on alarm level 2 (when I lock from the outside), but not each time I lock from the inside.
