    Ecolink Contact Sensors

I have paired 3 ecolink contact sensors and only one of them are reporting the battery percentage.

should I exclude and include again ?

Make sure you have polling on the device page set(something like 12 hrs) AND a wakeup interval in the device itself (like 12 hrs)---both must be set for Ecolink

I above does not solve problem, check "last working route" on the Zwho page to see if the non-reporting devices are routing thru other nodes or have a "Direct" connection to the Z-wave Controller. I have found on Ecolink tilt sensors(probably the same "guts" as the contact sensor) do NOT report battery if routing thru other nodes--the other notification works fine when routing. HS tech support(Matt) is attempting verification of this question.

Looks like it took time and now I have battery information.

Do you normally setup polling for battery devices ?

For many(most) newer devices you do not have to poll.

Did you check "last working route"? Is your Ecolink device getting a direct connection or is it routing?
