    Adding a swing to thermostat

Most thermostat have swing setting on them the prevents cycling. I have a gocontrol GC-TBZ468L. I can’t seem to find a swing setting on it.
so I want to Programmatically set one up in HomeSeer.
basicly it allows the thermostat to turn on/off +/- of the set temp. Some will do decimal of a degree or by a whole degree.

im just not sure how to start and event like this. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
    thanks
    Mike

I believe the proper term is dwell. I'd be surprised if there is not adjustment for that....
