Has anyone found remote commands to HS4 are timing out or is it just me?
I found https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/ho...2295-myhs-down]myhs began timing out and the serial number for the HS setup had to be changed[url].
However, remote commands are suffering the same problem despite the above. For example:
https://myhs.homeseer.com/JSON?user=wwwww&pass=xxxxx&request=controldevicebyvalue&ref= yyyyy&value=zzzzz
Would normally have changed a device value in HS3, but since moving to HS4 it instead results in:
Timeout from host, source IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx TimeMS: 15004
This has broken all my triggers that occur remotely from home. Have a ticket logged with HST but I think they're swamped at the moment so hoping the community might know...
