Is htere a script command for setting:

main volume: The master volume control - affects all devices

i seen the one for wavesbut im looking for something to set mail computer system volume either to 100 or 0, Is this possible?

I'm having bit of a problem reading this but are you wanting to control the volume of sound going through HS? If so look here:

Thanks, but I seen this already. I am trying to control the actual hardware such as automate does where I can mute it or unmute and raise the volume levels from 0 to 100.

This should do what you are looking for. Just run SetVol.exe # (replace the # with a number from 0 to 100).
