How automatically switch on light every day at 21:00

Just wonder if there is an easy way to make a event/ script to turn on some LED 21:00 and off 05:00

Turning on would be one event and turning off would be another event. Choose "The Time is" as your trigger then "Control a Device" as action and select appropriately.
