      Yep I found it.
      its here:
      http://forums.homeseer.com/showthrea...ight=capacitor

And I have to say from what i heard from other sites also this is a very reliable way to go and much cheaper than buying those units for 60 to 120 bucks. After all this is under a buck.

      Any others have pictures?

Simple method for making a plug n power phase coupler, same as the ones at smarthome.com . Buy a .1uf capacitor, 600V will do but 1000V is recommended. Now if you have a 220V socket available, buy a 220V 3 prong socket from your local hardware store, and use the capacitor to bridge the two 110 Phases together. The two phases are the pine that go into the plug WITHOUT the extra notch. Make sure not to bridge a phase to a ground. If you already have a dryer you can do the same thing, except to the prongs of the dryer plug, to the inside of the dryer plug, or in the power supply of the dryer. Viola! A simple phase coupler that is as simple as pluging in a dryer.

A Coupler is a far far cry from a coupler/repeater. You can simulate the effectiveness of a simple coupler, by simply turning on your dryer, or 220v water heater.
