    Gogs,

Rex2802 commented earlier that he was expericencing the problem without DooMotion installed.

BTW, I have very little delay on my 800MHz machine using DooMotion to turn lights On (w/ CM11A) when motion is detected. I also tested with device control events and saw little or no difference. However, I did not test subsecond performance. If using custom action code, device control should be performed early in the code for best response.

      Opps retransmit was on

Looks like when I upgraded something all my settings were set back to retransmit on my W800. It now seems to be fine after turning retransmit back off.

        Motion detectors working better

Same here I have been following the issue for a while and have had no luck tracking it down, I also just made the change and unchecked the retrasmit option and the speed of the motion detectors are much better

        Thanks

I think my situation with the "hanging/slow" CM11a was recently answered by Michael McSharry in this thread . But, I also didn't realize I had "retransmit" turned on, so that will only improve some of my situation also.

I origanaly thought that it was DM causing slower reactions to things like motion sensors triggering and the event executing on DM going occupied. Now I am not sure after reading other forums as to whether the cause may well be my CM12!

I was never suggesting DM slowes thing's down; only, perhaps, the way it is setup by the end user to operate.
