How can I restrict access under guest mode to only my ultra status quick view page? I would like to protect all other pages. Can this be done?

You can always create another HS user and then in the ultra status page add code that uses hs.users to see if the user is the newly added account. If it is the new user then allow them in.

I worded it wrong. I only want guests to see my ultra status page, and nothing else. Everything else I want restricted.Comment

You can still create a user for Ultra Status only and then turn guest access off. Then simply have an intro page to indicate the login and password.Comment

The only way I know is the way I listed or to use Jeff Farmers (CFGuys) secure links. These secure links can be a bit of a hassle to manage though. If it's only for one page then I would simply create a new user and add that user to the access to the page.Comment
