An audio recoder built into a pen?
As if my cell-phone can't be set to record audio...
(I have a CAT S40, and it has a physical button that can be set to activate any program you want, without unlocking it. I usually have it set to the Flashlight, but it could just as well start an audio recorder. And there's plenty or recorder programs out there)
