    Does anyone know if something is up with the Customer Service? I've purchased several plugin-in's as well as HS4 upgrade and never received my registration codes. No response to my 5 emails either. I'm about to contact my credit card and demand a refund. I've never experienced this with them before.

      I'm pretty sure the reg code emails are automated, I've bought plugins and upgrades in the middle of night and received separate emails with the reg codes minutes later.

      Have you checked your spam folders or if the emails might be blocked?
      Did you receive purchase confirmation emails?

        My last two plug in purchases required me to email support asking for the license codes. I forwarded the purchase confirmation email as proof of purchase.

        And yes, the support reply ended up in my spam folder. Any original email with the codes were MIA.

          my emails went mia but you should be able to see your purchase in your account with the code

            Yes to both. I even sent an alternative email address. No spam and no emails from HS at all about this. I did receive purchase confirmation emails tho'.
