How to upgrade from HS3Pro to HS4Pro?

I have an old HS3Pro and never used it for a long time. Now I would like to upgrade to HS4Pro, what should I do?

Go to the store and placed an upgrade order? I figure out that there's no place to insert my old license.

Also, I want to set up this system for one location and want to control it through mobile. However, there are also 3 to 5 users need to access the system through mobile, so do I need to purchase the higher plan of MyHS?

• When designing a multi-usrer system there is no need to have more than one remote user (should be admin) but not controlling the system and other users should be say room (house locations) based unless you are asking for trouble.
• Things like setting the house alarm will give you headaches
• Notications and person tracking can be done through plugins (so you can design a system which automatically turns off all the lights and / or the iRobot Roomba cleans when no one is at home or even when people go to bed)
• For camera access, it's your choice what you choose to use but you will have a lot of questions no one here wants to answer.

Those are the basics but plan ahead but not from the mind. So start with a detailed plan, include your copy of the House Plan, plot jobs (pinned ) on a chart as a battle plan and make notes including labeling with detailed documents so when things go wrong you can easily trace the source.
