    Internet accessible Voicemail

Beside Homeseer, what software/hardware would I need to:
    1. Have a voice mail system with multiple mailboxes controlled by HS.
    2. Be able to access Voicemail at home and via internet and listen to messages (by WAV file?) anywhere away from home via internet?

I think you have a couple of options. All include HSPhone which is the solution that is integrated solution with Homeseer and gives you the functionality that you outline. That, together with one of the following is likely what you're after:

    1) HS PCI modem (they are tough to get) - also referred to as a HAL modem. I believe that Martin at AutomatedOutlet can deliver them http://www.automatedoutlet.com/produ...5&cat=0&page=2
    2) a new HS modem that's in testing (no defined availability date as yet)
    3) Way2Call Hi-Phone (pricey!) http://www.homeseer.com/products/har...hi_phone.shtml
    4) a Connexant chipset modem, purchased elsewhere. Note that you won't get full functionality without one of the above items. But some have had good success.

Hope this helps! Also, spend some time reading the HSPhone message board at http://forums.homeseer.com/index.php?

You'll need HomeSeer Phone (HSP) and the HSP modem or Hi-Phone device (also known as the Way-2-Call). With these you can access your voice mail via a phone or any internet connected PC. I know that the Way-2-Call (and maybe the modem, just not sure) also allow you to setup events that will forward messages to you via email. All-in-all, lots of ways to get those messages!
