GE Enbrighten wall switch set-up issue - missing plug-in or stupid user issue?

At risk of asking a stupid question, and missing documentation, I'll ask. Why do I see no other options in adding an event with my GE Enbrighten in wall Z-Wave smart switch. The only choice in adding an event has to do with application status. Setting the control's only choice is to reset the application status. Perhaps I need a plug in?

(I had expected a simple toggle, "turn light on"). What am I missing?

You don't say if this is HS3 or 4. On the device page there should be 4 devices created for the switch as shown below.




All are attached to the same node but the switch is not the application status. You can see the on off

Thank-you for responding! HS4, but I'm only seeing 3 devices not four: the lights, application status and central scene. (tried to paste image, only able to in attached .docx.
