Hello everyone. I am running Smart Life app and have 5 Tan Tan wifi plugs. They have been running flawless for over a year and just all of the sudden yesterday, they all just stopped working and now I can't get them to reconnect. My Alexa is fine, I called Spectrum and they even reset my modem and updated the firmware on my router and still nothing. They told me to contact Tan Tan directly but damn if I can find any way to contact them. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you solve the problem?
