Not that I have ever come across. This is a good question. With the cost of the software rising support becomes more of an issue. In the past if you needed phone support you called Rich.

As far as I know it does not. You can request help directly from HomeSeers web site by, as we call it "Raising a ticket", or here on this BBS.

You will find that apart from other people that use HomeSeer responding, the HomeSeer techs will also respond. They appear to monitor the traffic here very closely, so be careful what you say.

Beggers the question, why are you looking for help. Post it, who knows you may just get the answer! I do not think you are in the wrong place, unless you have a gripe about being overcharged or something.

Welcome to HomeSeer, the HS Bulitian Board Service, ask your question. You will find an amazing kowledge here, from people who like myself and probably yourself started and wondered what the hell is this. (It's December, I'm allowed to use that word), erm that relates to long forgotten posting.

So post the problem. Lets not be bothering those important people at HS, who have Christmas to think about, and pressents for; well at least not just yet!

I don't beleive it, here am I punching out my reply to an unanswerd question and you do a one liner and get in first!!!! Typical!

How are you doing? All set for Christmas?

Personally with a BBS like this I do not think they require an 0800 number (As we call it on this side of the pond) and you can always pick up the phone, as I have done, or e-mail, if you have the address.

At the end of the day for the quality of software they are providing, and the price they are selling at, and take into account the support on this BBS this is a better deal than bying a new Ford (It's a famouse American car bye the way )
