Twillio Sending Multiple Text Notifications

I set up an event to send me a text message if a contact switch is open for more than five minutes. The issue I am running into is that the next message is being sent to me 20 - 30 times.

There should be an option (maybe Advanced Option?) for "Event cannot re-run for:" then select a set time frame. I believe the event triggers at 5 minutes, 5 minutes 1 second, 5 minutes 2 seconds, etc. and not just once. Or change to has been open for exactly 5 minutes to get the event to only fire once.
