Z-wave error: Device xxx is being set to an invalid value: xx

Saw this error in the log this morning:

Device 206 is being set to an invalid value: 19

Weird , it is a thermostat which I should be able to set to 19 degrees C, I have been doing that for about 2 years o this device:

Anyone has an idea why the Zwave plugin gave this error?
