Unable to discover my Zigbee devices in Alexa. Zwave are all found....Suggestions..

Hello,
I'm working on getting my 4 Zigbee devices setup in Alexa via the HomeSeer plugin. I am able to successfully get my Zwave devices 'discovered' but the Zigbee devices elude me.

Any suggesions?

I'm running with a newly installed HS4. Zigbee Plugin and using the the Nortek Zwave/Zigbee USB controller.

Just following up..

Was finally able to get my Zigbee devices discovered in Alexa. However, for whatever crazy reason, the "name' of the devices are BLANK!

So I'll finish up the house with Zwave devices since they are pretty much rock solid (keeping fingers crossed).

Otherwise, I'll be under the master bedroom bed turning off the lights for my hubby every night.

I'll revisit Zigbee on my future projects. For now I want this upgrade to be done with as Spring is here and I need to get out and ride!!!
