One thing that might be an issue even with the $$$ units is that they may display on the host computer monitor, but not have any easy way to output the data into a web page.

I already have a weather station. I was simply looking for an inexpensive way to integrate the originally mentioned cheap humidity sensors. I can buy the one wire humidity sensors but they require running more wire and these are inexpensive and wireless.
