Alexa reminding me with a yes or no

It would be great if via an event, I could have Alex speak and say something like this " It is 5 PM, would you like to put the heat on in the basement today" if I say yes, it will turn the heat otherwise it will not. Of course it could be used for anything, garage door, lights, TV, car and etc.

Thanks, I was actually looking in an event initially trigger Alexa and then kind of using what Jon has built.

Jon tool will do interactive session, but you have to start the conversation from the echo
