I bought a Hue white/color ambiance bulb in Sept 2020, 4 of them actually, and one decided that it didn't want to be recognized anymore so it went incognito and split the scene. It took the latest firmware and I reset it multiple times, but after a couple of days it would become unreachable again. I spent enough time on it and decided to buy a new one to replace it instead of waiting through the RMA process.
My question is: Has anyone ever went through Signify's warranty claim process over a Philips Hue bulb? I just want to know if it's going to be a hassle or would it be easier just to cook and eat it? I will get my money's worth one way or the other
