This is an issue I've only noticed happening to me since using Homeseer. I have two sites using Homeseer, and its only happened at one so far, which is running a Hometroller Pi.
There seems to be issues with Weiser Door Locks keypads going unresponsive. The first time it happened it was on a Door Lock that was pairing with a Z-Net. I couldn't get the keypad to become responsive again, so I actually warrantied the keypad, and just replaced it with a new one. Now a second keypad there has become unresponsive. It worked fine for quite a while, and now suddenly it is hit or miss. This one is paired directly with the Hometroller Pi.
I paired all the door locks within 1 foot of the Z-Net/Hometroller, as any further than that caused issues with pairing. I've seen other reports on these forums of Kwikset (same as Weiser) door lock keypads becoming unresponsive, and I'm wondering if its a door lock thing, or something Homeseer is doing to them. Anyone else experience this?
