Change Email on Homesser.com?

It was years ago now, in 2016, I had to raise a ticket with Homeseer support. I was advice to create account and they transferred orders and licenses.
I would contact Homeseer support to see how they do it now.

As Rupp said which part if homeseer.com are you referring to as I do not believe there is any way to login to homeseer.com but you can log in at shop.homeseer.com and myhs.homeseer.com but they are different systems.
If I am wrong then please post a screenshot of where and what you are referring to.

What do you consider the "main site". Are you referring to your store account or possibly your MyHomeSeer account?

Try 'User Settings' from the dropdown by your name, then 'Account' and look for the Email section

That's for the forum, but I'm looking for how to change my email for the main site
