Problem with "EMAIL Reception" even trigger

    Hi,

I have an event that upon email received in Outlook Express, it tells me the subject and sender name. It's working okay but I'm trying to make it announce ONLY when I'm in the room. I'm using DooMotion plugin and I've set to when the room is occupied (I have an occupancy sensor defined for my own room) but it never trigger.

As soon as I remove the condition, it works okay. I'm not sure where I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks,

    Simon

    HT,
I'm not sure I'm following this but it should be as easy as setting a condition in the event if the occupancy is occupied then read mail.

      Hi Rupp,

That's what I'm trying to do but as soon as I add the "Occupancy" check, it no longer trigger the event.

Basically in the event GUI, I have the following:

      Type: EMAIL Reception
Trigger if email is recevied from the given address
      All addresses is SELECTED

I have selected "Apply Conditions" to trigger and here's what I have:

      If "DooMotion Sensor Status"
      Sensor "Simon Bedroom Occupancy Sensor"
      Status "Occupied"

But it's not working, I'm scratching my head too trying to figure this one out.

      Thanks,

      Simon
