What is the best way to do this in an event

From a conditional event I can trigger the climate on in the car and then check after 15 minutes if that climate is still on originated by the first event. As an example, I have an event that start the climate system in my car around 5 PM. If for some reason I can not get to the car by 5:30 PM, I would like to automatically turn off the climate but the climate can also be turned on manually thru the car and I do not want to turn it off if turned manually, only by that event.

Add a condition so that the turn off event does not run if the car is currently being driven.

Do you generally leave at a set time? I automatically turn on my Tesla's climate via monitoring power consumption of my coffee machine in the morning and the closing of my notebook late in the afternoon (after the latest time I would ever go to a meeting).
