Failure adding an Aeotec Wallmote Quad

Hi folks - I just got an Aeotec Wallmote quad. Using Z-tool it seemed to add successfully, but I only see a single device added to my list and am not sure how to trigger events based on the four wallmote buttons. Did I miss something and/or did it not add correctly?

You mean delete the device and re-add using z-tool?

In the Zwave tab of the device is a button to rescan the device. You may need to wake the device if it's battery powered.
